Decent Product with Integrated Features, Yet Struggling Tech Support
I've found that using Freshcaller has heightened my stress levels due to ineffective technical support. Although the support representatives are generally responsive, the technical support and development teams seem overwhelmed and often make unfulfilled promises. I would recommend caution when using this service unless you're a large company with priority access or an account manager to ensure your requests are addressed. I do appreciate that the phones are linked to my ticketing system, allowing me to automatically see who is calling and their previous tickets. However, my connection between Freshcaller and Freshsales has been broken for four months with no estimated repair time. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, the issue remains unresolved. I switched to Freshcaller for its connectivity, but this is only beneficial if it actually works.

I wholeheartedly recommend Freshcaller! At first glance, it's incredibly promising and it truly delivers. Yes, it requires a bit of effort to use, but that's part of the fun and learning curve. The support team is one of the most unique I've ever interacted with, each of them bringing a different perspective on how to use the products. The products themselves have a knack for keeping you on your toes, as they connect in their own unique ways and occasionally need a bit of a nudge. I've spent an amazing amount of time exploring and mastering it, and it's been an exciting journey.

Unlocking SMB Potential with Freshcaller
I have developed a strong bond with the entire Freshworks team, especially Freshcaller. We started using their services in March 2019 and they have made significant strides since then. I am enthusiastic about expanding our business with them. Freshcaller offers a very simple setup and implementation process. We transitioned from Five9 to Freshcaller with ease. In addition to the user-friendly software, Freshcaller's customer support is top-notch. However, Freshcaller is missing some crucial features, functionality, and reporting that more enterprise-level solutions might provide. Despite their regular updates, there are a few things I wish they had. We opted for Freshcaller due to its seamless integration with Freshdesk and switched to it because of its cost-effectiveness and ability to integrate with Freshdesk.
