I've had a positive experience integrating WebEngage with our customer journey analytics website. The switch from Gamooga to WebEngage was seamless and met all our marketing needs. I particularly value their customer data platform and how easily it integrates with other tools like BigQuery Looker Studio. The dashboards are also customizable. However, I've found it difficult to communicate with their support team as they often don't understand our needs. We moved to WebEngage from Gamooga because the latter was causing production load, leading to poor performance and longer page load times.

My customer journey has become more powerful, and my reach has significantly expanded with WebEngage. It offers various channels such as Email, Push notification, SMS, WhatsApp and more, which I can use to engage my audience. The software also has an excellent Analytics feature that allows me to gain deep insights and create marketing strategies. However, I found it challenging to create dynamic email templates as there are very few pre-built ones available in the library. I switched to WebEngage because it offers more channels to engage with my audience.
