      Lengthy Setup, Limited Support: A LeadSquared Experience

      I would only recommend LeadSquared if you don't have any data to import from other software tools or if you're looking for very basic functionality. If you're planning to use more advanced features, I would advise asking for a full demo and asking many questions. I regret not spending more time evaluating the software, as I later realized it wasn't the best fit for me. The price was the most appealing aspect of this software, as it seemed to offer good value for its features compared to the market. However, the setup process took longer than expected, particularly when importing data from another system. I found working with the offshore support staff challenging and had to use an internal developer to complete the import. Despite considering myself proficient with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM software tools, I found the implementation challenging. In the end, we couldn't achieve all the reporting and functionality we initially thought we were buying. The main reason we chose LeadSquared was its price and perceived value. The vendor thanked me for my feedback and encouraged me.

      I've had quite an interesting experience with LeadSquared. They made some unexpected changes, which included disabling a few key features. It was a surprise, as according to our agreement, we were supposed to receive a 9-day notice. However, I must say, these changes have given us an opportunity to explore new ways of operating. The feature that was disabled was quite important to us, but it's been an exciting challenge to find alternative solutions. The team has been a bit hard to reach, but I'm confident that they're working diligently to provide us with a solution. I'm looking forward to seeing how this situation evolves and how it will ultimately enhance our business operations.
